REM & REI Refund Policy

At Rem & Rei you can return your item for an exchange, please ensure that you choose the correct size when buying. Should you buy the incorrect size please email us to let us know and we can arrange an exchange should the size you require be in stock. As a small business just starting out we are unable to offer free returns, as such you will be responsible for paying the postage to return the items to us. This is however, something that we hope to offer as we grow. 

We take no responsibility for parcels being returned therefore when returning items please keep proof of postage and send this to us straight away via email. Further to this, we would advise that you send the item recorded delivery so the item can be tracked.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items need to be returned in their original state, clean without being worn (other than trying on), with no marks on them and with the tags intact.

We need to be informed within 3 days when an exchange is need and the item needs to be returned within 7 days of purchase. 

To be fair to all and protect our customers we will not accept any exchanges outside of this time frame or in instances when items have not been washed/ironed in accordance to our instructions, items that show excessive wear and tear and are not in their original state. 

In the unlikely event that you find a fault with the item, please contact us via email info@remrei.co.uk inform us and provide images of the fault.
